Fellowship Exchange

Fellowship Exchange is intended to be a gathering place for "graduates" of Job Connections who

1. are seeking a way to give back to the community that may have helped them land their current job and
2. will share ideas and trends observed in the new global economy that will help all of us hang on to these new jobs.

The cross fertilization of new ideas has the ability to extend across the degrees of connectivity in our individual networks, allowing for some significant learnings to take place.

The warmth of Fellowship will make people feel comfortable to come and share their ideas and their concerns on their new jobs. In addition to what people learn, whatever people take away can often arise from the act of bringing less fortunate job seekers some form of Hope. Primarily, the goal for the group is to expand the Hope in our community for better futures.
