The following chart depicts the organizational structure of Job Connections.
Leadership
Our leadership team consists of Rod Ford-Smith, Janet Kroeker, Doug Neeper, Mike Power, and Dean Tracy. Each member of the leadership team also serves on one or more of our four volunteer committees that do the work that makes Job Connections run smoothly. The leadership team coordinates the work of these committees and communicates with our sponsor, Community Presbyterian Church, Danville.
