Skip's discipline and focus propelled him to become
Minor League Baseball's youngest general manager at the age of 26. During a 20-year Minor
League Baseball career Skip served as President & General Manager for five different Minor
League franchises, two of which were recognized as "Organization of the Year" by "The
Sporting News" in 1987 (the Greensboro Hornets of the South Atlantic League) & "Baseball
America" in 1998 (the Hudson Valley Renegades).
On three occasions Skip's leadership turned struggling franchises into profitable organizations
and community leaders. Along the way he developed other organzational leaders who today
are impacting minor league teams and cities across the country. Skip’s presentation, “The 3
Proven Strategies Leaders Use to Create the Champion in You” will inspire and motivate you to raise the bar of
excellence by which all others are measured.
