Support with Accountability Teams (SWAT) is an extension of Job Connections. Job Connections is an outreach of Community Presbyterian Church (CPC) in Danville, California.

CHARTER

Support and encourage people during a job search. Teams hold members accountable for their job search and provide support during a time period which can be very stressful.

OBJECTIVE

Allow team members to conduct job searches in a more effective manner and to build relationships which will have a life beyond team membership; achieving these objectives will accelerate team member's job searches and minimize the time between jobs.

OVERVIEW

SWAT Teams meet at various locations, at various times throughout the Greater Bay Area. A team consists of 5-9 members. Teams can be formed by any Job Connections member; There are specific requirements,prerequisites, commitment and ground rules recommended for a success team.
